Our Story

Built on recipes
that predate the
menu.

Chaisson's KAJUN Services started as a weekend table and a notebook full of inherited recipes — dishes that had been passed down through generations, each one carrying a story about who cooked it and why it mattered.

Today we're a café and bar on N 7th St in Toronto, but the philosophy hasn't changed. We build our menu around slow-cooked stews, wood-forward grills, and the kind of spice blends that take weeks to get right. The bar menu mirrors the kitchen: bold, layered, and unafraid of heat.
